SHIFT INTO DRIVE RAFFLE — OFFICIAL CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility – Participation is open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, or agents of Crosstown Runzzz Inc., KayCorp Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Must attend the Mystery Box Showdown to receive prize. If a winner fails to attend the showdown, a winner will be chosen from the audience at random.
Entry – Entries may be purchased via the designated online platform or in person through an authorized representative. Each $5 donation constitutes one (1) raffle entry. Bundles of five (5) entries may be purchased for $20. By purchasing, entrants agree to these terms in full. Ticket sales, donations, related merchandise and sponsorships are non-refundable.
Drawing & Winner Notification – Winners will be selected at random live on facebook, via wheelofnames.com on June 1, 2025 from all eligible entries received before 10:00 PM ET on May 31, 2025. Winners will be notified via phone number provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours, a new winner may be selected by additional spin. Once all winners have been confirmed, they will be announced via facebook.
Mystery Box Showdown – The top five (5) selected winners will be invited to participate in an in-person prize game “Mystery Box Showdown” where the winners receive their prize as part of a game show like contest. Rules and details to be determined by Crosstown Runzzz.
If a winner declines participation or cannot attend, they may: Assign a representative to participate on their behalf, or Opt to receive a randomly assigned box by mail. Winners may also decline their prize entirely with no further obligation.
Prizes – Prizes consist of donated products, gift certificates, and/or services contributed by local businesses. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each mystery box will vary and may be valued at $50+. Prizes are provided “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee and can not be traded or exchanged without exception. Crosstown Runzzz makes no claims regarding the safety, quality, or usability of donated products.
Taxes – All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued over $600 may require the winner to complete IRS Form W-9 and may be reported to the IRS as income. We reserve the right to increase the number of winners to ensure this burden does not apply. Corporate Sponsors may request an invoice and/or receipt for Advertising Expenses.
Use of Name/Image – By entering, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner may opt out by request and their image will be blurred in public photos.
General Conditions – Crosstown Runzzz reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle and/or its terms, without notice, at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, acts of God or contest interference. By entering, donating or sponsoring this event participants agree to release and hold harmless Crosstown Runzzz Inc., KayCorp Inc., and all related employees and volunteers from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from contest participation and/or use of any prize. The afore mentioned companies assume zero responsibility for any donated prize items, product liability is strictly the responsibility of the company or individual providing the donation. Governing Law – This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved by mediation before proceeding to a court of competent jurisdiction located in Medina County, Ohio.
