The Community Driven Initiative is a community-supported delivery program offering free, no-cost delivery of essentials like groceries, prescriptions, and personal care items to qualifying residents in Medina County.
This initiative is powered by local business sponsors, donations, and volunteers who believe that no one should be left behind due to age, income, or health limitations.
What started with a community based experiment has become a lifeline for those in need.

How To Apply
Do transportation barriers keep you from accessing groceries and medication? Do you need a little extra help with errands due to disability or mobility? Residents in need can join the program waitlist by submitting a short application.
We’ll contact eligible applicants as openings become available.
